Countdown Extra: Overwhelmed - Royal & the Serpent

Luckily, there was a highlight to a disaster of a week as one of my favourite songs right now debuts this week at #29. It’s Fallin’ by Why Don’t We. I think Why Don’t We have finally found the sound that works for them. Seriously, this is much better than all of their previous work and if they continue down this direction, I could be super interested in what they have to bring next. All of the guys sound good here and I love how they’ve moved away from the whole boy-band thing, because this song is actually really well-produced. The production is insanely good and everything fits well together. The crazy drum solo at the beginning I could probably do without, but that’s besides the point. This song’s also super catchy. I love how it fades in the bridge and slowly builds back up again and I hate that the radio edit gets rid of the chorus immediately after the bridge. Great song though, I hope it does really well here.

Next up is a song that’s significantly worse than the last one. It’s a cover of Corinne Bailey Rae’s Put Your Records On. This is by Ritt Momney and the only reason this is here is because of TikTok. My main problem with this song is that it takes forever for the song to build up. Once it gets to that chorus, it’s fine and could actually be a likeable song, if it wasn’t for it becoming pretty uninteresting again. Also, Ritt Momney’s verse isn’t that great. His voice is really heavily autotuned and I know pretty much everybody uses autotune, but when it’s that glaringly obvious that it’s there, such as here or with BENEE in Supalonely, it just sounds quite bad. Also, that bridge really just sucks.

Best Debut: Fallin’ (Adrenaline) - Why Don’t We

Biggest DROP!!!: Kings & Queens - Ava Max & Wildflower - 5 Seconds of Summer (-8): Good to see that we’re clearing these songs out since they’re starting to get annoying. Kind of sucks that Kings & Queens didn’t hit #1, but I’m decently happy that Wildflower didn’t hit #1.

Biggest Jump: positions - Ariana Grande (+10): Hunh. Never actually expected this to do anything here, since Hits 1 is actually quite anti-Ariana Grande for whatever reason.

All of our Hit-Bound debuts this week are by well-known artists, compared to last week, when it was all new artists. This first song is by Billie Eilish. Sighs. I don’t think she’s gonna fade to irrelevance, guys. She went back to the creepy vibe she had in most of WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP in this next song, Therefore I Am, which a lot of people seem to like. The problem is that this isn’t absolutely terrible? I know I have it in orange, but if you look below in the ranking, it’s actually in cyan. The reason? The chorus is actually pretty solid. It’s honestly quite catchy and I don’t mind it. But the talk-singing in the verses is really just awful and I still don’t like the weird production in most of her songs. Still much better than everything i wanted or my future though.

So with the release of Ariana Grande’s new album, Positions, we get this new single, 34+35 this week. If you were paying attention to my blog recently, yeah, I just reviewed this yesterday. But in reality, I wrote that a couple days ago, so I’ll give this a decently-sized review today too. Um… this is okay. Overall, it’s one of the better songs from a relatively boring album, but it’s definitely one of the weakest Ariana Grande singles, especially compared to Rain On Me from earlier this year. She doesn’t sound fantastic in the chorus and overall I find this quite forgettable. I was trying to remember the tune of the chorus before turning on Hits 1 this morning and I actually just couldn’t. Overall, meh.

I thought The Weeknd was done with his singles from After Hours, but I guess not because he just released another single from it, Save Your Tears. He’s now released all of the 80s-sounding songs from the album and this is definitely the worst one. It’s not bad, it’s somewhat upbeat, which is already much better than Over Now, but it suffers from exactly the same problems as 34+35. He doesn’t sound great in the chorus and the song as a whole is just super forgettable. I can’t possibly see this being a hit, but in the long run, I don’t care that this is here.

After being silent for pretty much the whole year, the great yee-haw man himself is back with this next song HOLIDAY. (In case you didn’t understand, the artist is Lil Nas X. In case you still don’t understand, he did Old Town Road) It seemed like he was kind of marketing this as a Christmas song before it was released and although I think a Lil Nas X Christmas song would be fantastic and I’m slightly disappointed, since it’s not a Christmas song, it can go mainstream, which I’m definitely happy about. Also, what the heck man, this guy’s not gonna be a one-hit wonder. Because this is actually quite good. I don’t know why, but I seriously can’t hate this guy, he’s actually fantastic. Not that I'd want to hate him anyways. The lyrics in this song are great and it’s literally about him not being a one-hit wonder, which I love. The song itself isn’t as good as Old Town Road and I’m not sure if it’s better than Panini or not, but it’s super solid. The production’s cool and I really like his voice. The only problem I have with this is the “dun, dun, dun” part, but if I’m being honest, I think that’s gonna grow on me. Yeah, great song. I hope this debuts soon and I hope this is a huge hit. I’m gonna listen to it again for the fifth time today now and still not be tired of it.

Best Debut: HOLIDAY - Lil Nas X

You Go Ahead, Let Your Blurbs Down

Our exits this week were Midnight Sky and Come & Go. I honestly don’t care that Midnight Sky’s gone, as I never really loved it. As for Come & Go, it should’ve stayed for much longer, especially since it was a #1.

We also lost a couple Hit-Bound songs this week, Laugh Now Cry Later and Lasting Lover. Uh, I’m actually not sure if either of these are gone. Laugh Now Cry Later was getting decent airplay, so this might just be gone for a week before re-entering and I really hope Lasting Lover isn’t gone, as one week on Hit-Bound just seems unfair. I guess we’ll see for both of these next week though.

Go Crazy keeps jumping, which is great. I’d like to see this be a hit here.

What You Know Bout Love and Be Happy both entered the top 20 this week. I’m glad and I hope that they do even better here.

Why did Holy, Dynamite and Levitating all drop this week? They’re all pretty big hits and there was really no reason for any of them to drop.

I guess Be Like That is getting another resurgence? I’m honestly not sure at this point.

Guess what’s in the top 10? Golden. (Unenthusiastic) yaaaaaaaaaay.

my ex’s best friend also jumped into the top 10 this week which I just find quite odd, since it was losing airplay essentially all week.

Mood is down to #4? Seriously? Okay, hands up, who doesn’t want this at #1? Yeah, that’s what I thought. Nobody.

So Monsters is our #2? Um… I guess I’ll take it?

Guess what our #1 is again? Harry Styyyyyyyyyles. I wonder what would’ve happened to the Countdown this year if Fine Line never existed. (Shameless advertisement for a year-end post that may or may not be coming) There’s seriously no reason Falling is still #1 and I’d even prefer Save Myself at #1 at this point.

Week of November 7, 2020 - Harry Styles (5)

Harry Styles (5)
I swear, if Harry Styles is #1 again next week, I’m gonna sue. Anyways, other than that, this week was okay. Some of the moves were decent, although there were definitely some things that weren’t great. Callout Scores ends on Wednesday and I’d still like a few more people to do it, since we have lots of ties right now. So I’m gonna put the link here and the best thing to do would be to open it, read the post and then go do it when you’re done. Here’s the link and here’s the exits!

Countdown Extra: Fallin’ (Adrenaline) - Why Don’t We

So our first debut this week at #30 skipped Hit-Bound. It’s going out by ROLE MODEL. Yeah, this isn’t good. I don’t really like ROLE MODEL’s voice that much and the chorus is kinda repetitive. The production’s a little uninteresting and the guitar doesn’t sound that good. This really shouldn’t have debuted so soon and I hope this flops.

Jason Derulo replaces himself this week as Take You Dancing debuts in place of Savage Love, which left this week. I’m happy about this although I ultimately like Savage Love more, mostly just because it feels more fresh. Jason sounds great as he always does and this song is just so groovy. The bassline and the production just fits really well with the song and although the female voice is a little weird, I think this is definitely a good and catchy song.

Best Debut: Take You Dancing - Jason Derulo

Biggest DROP!!!: you broke me first - Tate McRae (-11): Yikes. Looks like this isn’t gonna be a hit here despite its jump to #7 last week.

Biggest Jump: Golden - Harry Styles (+6): Of course. Who else?

WOW - Zara Larsson [8**]

We got quite a few Hit-Bound entries this week due to having a few Hit-Bound dropouts this week too. So, we’ll start it off with this new one from MAX, Blueberry Eyes featuring SUGA of the group BTS. This is alright. Overall, I definitely think that Love Me Less and Lights Down Low are both better. But this is still a likeable song. MAX’s chorus is easily the best part of the song and I think it was pretty well-made. I don’t really like SUGA’s verse whatsoever and I feel like it would be much better without him. (In case you didn’t know, SUGA’s the rapper guy in BTS) But the song as a whole is still decent despite SUGA. Oh yeah, the outro is really weird though.

So next is… well, it’s not really a cover, but it uses the same chorus as Macy Gray’s I Try. It’s Goodbye by Shaylen. Overall, I think I Try is a really good song, but I don’t like Macy Gray’s version mostly because her voice is a little grating. I think Shaylen does a better version of it, but the best version of it will always and forever be when Ed Helms did it in The Office for the episode “Andy’s Play”. No need to question that. Anyways, Shaylen’s verses are quite good and I like her voice. The only part I don’t quite like is when she does the line “My world crumbles when you are not here” I feel like the original melody is better than that, rather than the spin she took on it.

So next is Lasting Lover by English DJ Sigala and apparently this song was originally supposed to feature vocals by Lewis Capaldi, but instead it went to James Arthur. I know someone who’s gonna be happy about that. This is definitely a good song. I generally like James Arthur although his voice really only works well in certain songs (such as Say You Won’t Let Go) and I feel like his voice works decently here. Not great, but not bad either. His chorus is really good and I think Sigala handled the production quite well. The drop is decent. I definitely hope that this debuts.

Newcomer ROSIE is next, with her new single Never the 1. Unfortunately, this isn’t that good. It’s not bad or anything, her voice is quite good, I just find the song pretty boring and her voice isn’t interesting enough to support the bland production. I feel like that’s all I need to say.

So WOW by Zara Larsson is back? Why did we need this?

Let Me Take You Blurbing

We lost two Countdown songs this week, ily and Savage Love. I’m extremely glad that ily flopped here, since it’s actually doing decently everywhere else even though it sucks. As for Savage Love, I really like this song and I’m super happy with that top 5 peak.

We also lost three Hit-Bound songs this week: Head & Heart, Tap In and Wishing Well. I never loved Head & Heart as some people did, but it was definitely good and deserved to re-enter especially considering it debuted on the Hot 100 just this week. I’m very glad that Tap In didn’t end up debuting, since it sucked. As for Wishing Well, I never expected it to debut, but I’m still disappointed that it didn’t. It would’ve been nice.

So yeah, I think the Voting Poll’s dead. You can’t find it on Hits 1’s website anymore and they haven’t updated it in a couple weeks.

Go Crazy actually jumped a bit this week, which is definitely appreciated.

I never thought that Holy would be getting this high here.

Levitating’s at #11! Hopefully, this moves up to #1 eventually.

Both Save Myself and Small Talk are in the top 10 and neither of them needs to be.

Okay, why is Heather at #7? I’m sure even if you liked this song, you’ve forgotten that it exists by now.

I’m low-key surprised that Wildflower didn’t hit #1 this week.

Okay, rant time. WHY is Falling still #1??? It’s been losing airplay consistently for a couple weeks now, it’s not even a single, Mood, a much better song is sitting at #2 and it’s at its FIFTH week in a row at #1? Seriously, Hits 1? You’re better than this.

Happy Halloween everyone! This week’s Countdown would’ve been absolutely perfect if it wasn’t for three major things all including One Direction guys. Yeah. But, all that being said, this was still a great week. Before we get started, I’d just like to point out that we’re almost done the 2019 Ultimate Rank and I plan to reveal #10-#6 and the rest of the Hit-Bound dropouts, so don’t forget to do Community Rankings, which you can find the link for here. Countdown Extra: Take You Dancing - Jason Derulo

It’s almost… spooky how this next song skipped Hit-Bound. (Yeah, I’m sorry about that) It’s Go Crazy by Chris Brown and Young Thug, a song that’s been on my Hot 100 posts for a while now and it makes its debut here at #30. I’m really happy that this song is here. It’s been on pop radio for a while now and was actually the only song on the Billboard Pop chart that Hits 1 hadn’t picked up on, but that’s done now. Anyways, Chris Brown sounds great here, especially in the hook, which is pretty catchy. Young Thug delivers hands-down the best verse he’s ever given. He actually sounds great, which is something I thought I’d never describe Young Thug sounding. Yeah, this is a good song and I’m honestly quite happy that Hits 1 has started picking up on rap songs, as this is also the year I started to like rap.

So Ariana Grande released her album Positions this week and I started listening to it, but then had to stop because for one thing, I didn’t have much time when I was listening to it yesterday and most of the songs blended together and they were kind of boring. Of course, I’m gonna have to probably review the entire album in a couple week’s time on my Hot 100 post, at which point I’ll have a more thorough opinion on it (and will have listened to the whole thing). Anyways, the title track from that album debuts at #23 this week, positions. This is definitely a highlight of the album… (again, from what I’ve heard. You know what? Just keep that in mind for the rest of the review) Ari sounds quite good here and although the production’s not too interesting, I like the use of the violins and the song itself is pretty catchy and honestly just solid as a whole. I think this’ll do pretty well on radio, but not nearly as well as songs like no tears left to cry or 7 rings.

(Sighs). So Harry Styles scores his fifth song from his album Fine Line on the Weekend Countdown and this’ll probably end up being his fourth #1 from that album especially considering it’s actually been released (unlike Falling, which I’ll get to later). Golden is a pretty uninteresting song and I sincerely hope that this is the last thing we hear from Harry for a while. Just for Hits 1’s sake, I actually quite liked most of the singles. I definitely wouldn’t go as far to say that this is the worst single, that would definitely go to Adore You, but it’s not good. The “DODODODODODODODODO” part is actually kind of annoying and the song as a whole is quite boring and he doesn’t sound particularly good here. I hope this doesn’t do well, but it’s Harry Styles, so it will.

Best Debut: Go Crazy - Chris Brown/Young Thug

Biggest DROP!!!: I Hope - Gabby Barrett/Charlie Puth (-8): I’m really satisfied with the amount of success that this song got on here and it’s kind of starting to fade on me due to overplay, so this is a really well-timed drop.

Biggest Jump: Small Talk - Niall Horan (+17): Okay, really? Like, I get that we can’t let a Niall Horan song slip by, I get it. But does every song of his that actually debuts (I say this because of Put A Little Love On Me and Black And White) have to hit #1? This isn’t actually that good. Whatever. Hopefully, Mood can notch a couple weeks at #1 before this gets to it.

Wow, I’m good at recommending songs. Geez. That’s right, Lemonade by Internet Money, Gunna, Don Toliver and NAV makes its debut this week. How, you might ask? I actually have no clue since this hasn’t played on legit any pop radio station. But, boy am I happy. This song is legit fantastic and I’d honestly say it has a fair shot at #1 of 2020 for me. The production here is great, Internet Money did a very good job with the guitar and the beat. Everybody here sounds fantastic. Don Toliver does a great job with the hook and his voice works really well with it. Both Gunna and NAV’s verses are great and I love them both so much. Roddy Ricch even remixed this song and I would like it more than the original, but he edited out Gunna and NAV and gave Don Toliver a verse. Roddy’s verse is great, but the rest brings it down. I cannot tell you how much I want this to debut.

Diamonds pulled a Sunday Best, but only because Sam Smith hosted Hit-Bound this week.

Also, this is one of the very first weeks that we haven’t had any other songs available for vote, which is really weird. I think the Voting Poll might stop updating, because you can’t get to it from their website.

I’m Switchin’ My Blurb-sitions for You

We lost three songs this week, OK Not To Be OK, Moral of the Story and cardigan. OK Not To Be OK was forgettable, so I don’t really care whatsoever that it’s gone. cardigan stayed here for much longer than it stayed anywhere else and I’m quite satisfied with its performance here even if it never broke the top 10. Moral of the Story is finally gone!!! It never should’ve re-entered in the first place, let alone get six weeks at #1, so I’m very glad that it’s not here anymore.

With MotS moving out, it makes I Hope the oldest song on the Countdown, which just kind of feels weird to say, since it debuted after the 30-song switch.

Control left Hit-Bound this week and I couldn’t care less what that song did with itself although it did stay for a tad long.

Mad at Disney has found its way into the bottom 5, which sucks because it’s actually a good song. It deserves to be higher than at least ily.

Looks like Be Like That’s gonna be heading out soon, which I’m fine with. It got old pretty quickly.

Savage Love’s also probably gonna leave soon, so I’m a little sad about that, although I’m happy it reached the top 5.

my ex’s best friend actually jumped up into the top 15 this week, which I’m definitely happy about.

Yeah Heather dropped!

you broke me first is actually moving, man. I seriously did not expect this to do anything on the Countdown, but now it’s at #7 with less spins than Be Like That? Okay.

Yeah, Wonder’s gonna dethrone Wildflower from #1, isn’t it?

So Mood found its way to #2 this week. Which I would be happy about, except for the fact that Falling’s losing airplay and it should’ve moved out of #1 this week. Hopefully, Mood takes the #1 sometime in the next couple of weeks even if only for one week.

Last Year’s #1: Someone You Loved - Lewis Capaldi [1/3 weeks at #1]

Countdown Extra: Hate The Way - G-Eazy/blackbear

So Hits 1s to Watch is now a mid-month to mid-month thing, as they just switched from Ashe to October-November’s Hits 1 to Watch, X Lovers. This song is easily the worst Hits 1 to Watch that we’ve had so far, being Haunt You by X Lovers and chloe moriondo. Nobody here really sounds all that good. The X Lovers person is singing way too low for his voice and chloe is just kind of mediocre. The production’s boring and the song’s really forgettable. Yeah, I hope this doesn’t do that well.

Our last new song this week comes from Niall Horan… of course. It’s Small Talk and this is probably the worst song from his album Heartbreak Weather. He sounds fine, but the production is just too much and really doesn’t sound that good. This was actually a Hit-Bound dropout back in, like, May or something, but for whatever reason it’s back now. Yeah, I hope this doesn’t hit #1, but it probably will because of course, it’s Niall Horan.

Best Debut: Small Talk - Niall Horan

Biggest DROP!!!: ily (i love you baby) - Surf Mesa/Emilee (-8): Yay, this isn’t a hit here! That’s good because I got really nervous when it jumped into the top 15 a couple of weeks ago.

Biggest Jump: you broke me first - Tate McRae (+12): Hunh. Definitely didn’t expect that, but I’m happy nonetheless.

So Ariana Grande just kind of announced out of nowhere that she’s releasing an album this month and positions, the first single from it makes its debut here. This reminds me a lot of her Dangerous Woman stuff much more than her thank u, next stuff, which is great because I didn’t really like anything from thank u, next. This is great though. Ari sounds amazing and although the song’s a bit forgettable, it’s definitely not as forgettable as Stuck with U, which on further reflection I realize is probably the first single from this album. But yeah. This is good and I hope it’s a decent hit here and everywhere else.

TikTok makes another impact in music as Put Your Records On by Ritt Momney makes its debut on Hits 1 this week. Um… I seriously have absolutely no clue how I feel about this song. The beginning of the song is super super strange and his voice is way too autotuned. But on the other hand, his voice is actually decent and it’s quite catchy. So yeah, I’m quite conflicted on this.

You Should Know That I’m Blurbin’ Back to Haunt You

We said goodbye to Before You Go and Ice Cream this week. I’d say Before You Go probably has #1 of the year locked in by now as the song with the highest amount of points (in my Ultimate Rank) and is still charting today is Moral of the Story and I don’t think that’s gonna stick around for long enough to make it there. But yeah, Before You Go stuck around for way too long even if I do like it. As for Ice Cream, I don’t really care that much. I liked the song, but it was never too memorable.

Our only Hit-Bound dropout this week was POPSTAR again. I don’t really care that much at this point.

Every debut from last week other than Baby, I’m Jealous either didn’t move or jumped, which is fantastic, especially for Levitating, as it’s close to the top 15.

Holy got a decent gain, which is great because I’ve grown a bit more into it.

I’ve lost a bit of interest in Midnight Sky because it’s not all that interesting.

Wonder’s in the top 10. Glad it’s there and I hope it stays there.

Looks like Kings & Queens officially lost its chance at the #1 which really sucks because I think it deserved it.

Mood is in the top 5!!! Yeah! It’s #1 on the Hot 100, so I can definitely see this dethroning Wildflower sometime in November, which I’d be very happy about. Kinda sad Bang! didn’t hit #1 though.

Speaking of Wildflower, it’s at #2, which means it’s only a matter of time before this reaches #1.

Okay, who asked for Heather at #6? Yeah, that’s what I thought. NOBODY WANTS THIS.

So Why Don’t We added the word Adrenaline in parenthesis to the end of Fallin’. Yeah, that probably didn’t deserve its own blurb.

Last Year’s #1: Only Human - Jonas Brothers [1/1 week at #1]

Countdown Extra: Haunt You - X Lovers/chloe moriondo

So forget what I said last week about Be Happy going to drop out of Hit-Bound, because Dixie D’Amelio, Lil Mosey and blackbear debuted this week. I’m definitely happy about this. This song definitely deserved to debut and it for sure should’ve debuted a while back. Like, back when it was just the original. Anyways, this song’s good. Dixie sounds quite good here and the new trap beat is really good. blackbear’s verse is pretty good and I like his hot girl bummer reference in there. Lil Mosey could sound better, as he did in Blueberry Faygo, but his verse definitely isn’t bad by any means. Good song.

Next, skipping Hit-Bound is Baby, I’m Jealous by Bebe Rexha and Doja Cat. I definitely lost a bit of interest in this song since last week. The production’s still good, but Bebe’s rapping verse isn’t good and the song’s kind of forgettable. Overall, it’s still decent, but I don’t really care how it does here.

So Pop Smoke debuts with What You Know Bout Love after just one week in Hit-Bound. As I’ve said before, this isn’t his best song, The Woo, Got It On Me and For The Night are all better, but this is definitely good. I’m quite glad that it’s here. Pop Smoke sounds really good and although the production’s a little repetitive and this is slightly boring and I would like it to be a bit more upbeat, it’s still good and I definitely hope it does well here.

salem ilese earns her first Weekend Countdown entry this week with Mad at Disney. This is the furthest thing from a meme song as the title would suggest. The production’s actually interesting, her voice is good and the hook is actually quite good. The lyrics are pretty good with it mostly just being about how nothing’s like how it is in the movies and I like it. Good song, hope it does well here.

Dua Lipa comes last but certainly not least with her next single from Future Nostalgia, Levitating featuring DaBaby. This song is just so much fun. The production’s great, Dua Lipa sounds amazing and DaBaby does a really good job with his verse. They have pretty good chemistry here and their voices actually work really well together. This song is so much fun and I hope it’s a huge hit. Great song.

Best Debut: Levitating - Dua Lipa/DaBaby

Biggest DROP!!!: Moral of the Story - Ashe/Niall Horan (-10): YES!!! This never should’ve never hit #1 and I’m really glad that this is gonna leave soon.

Biggest Jump: Wonder - Shawn Mendes (+13): I’m quite glad this jumped so much on its second week and I hope it moves into the top 10 soon.

Head & Heart left the Countdown and re-entered Hit-Bound this week… or well, technically debuted Hit-Bound. This song’s kind of forgettable, so I’m too upset that it’s gone.

So the first new Voting Poll song is Justin Bieber’s follow-up to Holy from his next album. This is Lonely with benny blanco. This song is fine, kind of boring but Justin Bieber sounds good… that is, the song's fine until the chorus when it literally sounds like he’s yodelling. FINNEAS worked on this, so I’m wondering if the production and melody and stuff was actually made for Billie Eilish, since it actually sounds like a Billie Eilish song. Anyways, yeah this is bad mostly because of the yodelling.

So I would complain about all of the blackbear, but all of the songs are pretty good. This new song is Hate The Way and it’s actually a G-Eazy song, just with a blackbear hook. G-Eazy has some pretty good flow, even if his voice almost never has any actual tone in it and he’s kind of just talking, but it’s fine, he sounds good. blackbear’s hook is really good and his voice works really well with the production. Yeah, good song.

Best Debut: Hate The Way - G-Eazy/blackbear

Sometimes I Don’t Wanna Be Blurb-y

Before You Go might leave sometime in the next few weeks, which is good because it’s been here for too long. It’s probably #1 of the year so far.

ily dropped back down to #19, which is fantastic, because it’s not good and it never should’ve jumped last week.

Dynamite’s in the top 20! Hopefully it’ll keep jumping.

Savage Love is actually rebounding somewhat, which is surprising but good.

Both Save Myself and Heather jumped into the top 10 this week. For the former, whatever, it’s only decent and for the latter it should NOT be in the top 10, let alone the Countdown.

Somehow, Mood dropped a couple of spots even though it’s a great song.

Wildflower took Bang!’s spot and moved it to #5. I’m mildly happy that Wildflower’s in the top 5, but I know that this just means that it’s gonna hit #1 now but I’m really sad that Bang!’s dropping.

So we could only give Juice WRLD the #1 for a week because Harry Styles just needed his 7-week-long run at #1? Geez.

Oh yeah, exits! This week we lost Over Now, I Should Probably Go To Bed, Breaking Me and Lose Somebody. I'm totally fine with Over Now leaving since it was never good, ISPGTB was kind of forgettable, so whatever. I wish Breaking Me was a bigger hit and I'm honestly just glad that Lose Somebody hit #10.

We also lost 7 Summers from Hit-Bound. Yeah, not much to say about that.
